Anti-Spam Policy

This Anti-Spam Policy is mandatory for all users of the Estismail service. We strictly adhere to quality and reputation standards in email marketing and expect the same from all senders using our platform.

By using Estismail, you automatically agree to this policy. It applies in conjunction with the “Terms of Use,” “Privacy Policy,” and “Disclaimer” documents.

1. General Statement

Estismail is committed to maintaining high-quality email campaigns and a spotless reputation with receiving mail systems. We continuously improve our anti-spam systems, and our internal rules comply with the requirements of major email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Mail.ru, Yandex, etc.).

Before starting to use the platform, each user must read and agree to this policy. Violation of any part of the policy may result in account suspension or permanent deletion. Such decisions are made by Estismail’s administration and are not subject to appeal.

This policy is designed to promote an open, transparent, and legitimate email marketing strategy—for both service users and their subscribers.

2. What We Consider Spam

Spam is any email sent without the recipient’s prior, explicit consent. Sending to unconfirmed lists, purchased contacts, or addresses collected from public sources qualifies as spam.

Consent must be verified using the double opt-in method. This means:

  • the user enters their email into a subscription form;
  • they receive an automatic email with a unique confirmation link;
  • they click the link to confirm the subscription.

Only after this confirmation can the address be added to the mailing list.

Double opt-in captures the subscription date and IP address, proving consent and protecting the sender from complaints. This also helps build a “message chain,” improving deliverability and reducing the risk of ending up in spam folders.

3. Prohibited Content and High-Risk Topics

Subscribers must clearly understand who is sending them emails and why. They must not feel misled or deceived. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to send emails in which:

  • the subject line does not match the content;
  • the content does not match the topic the subscriber signed up for;
  • the recipient did not explicitly agree to receive messages on the given topic.

The following are strictly prohibited in campaigns:

3.1. Promises of quick wealth, “effortless income” schemes, or get-rich-quick offers

3.2. Claims of guaranteed results or money-back guarantees

3.3. Announcements of prize or cash winnings

3.4. Content inciting hate, violence, discrimination, or separatism

3.5. Promotion or sale of weapons, drugs, or illegal goods/services

3.6. Pornographic or sexually explicit content

3.7. Deceptive subject lines (e.g., “Your order is confirmed” when no order was placed)

High-risk topics

Allowed only with prior approval from Estismail and under strict conditions:

3.8. Financial services, loans, microloans, mortgages

3.9. Investment offers, stock trading, Forex

3.10. Online casinos, gambling, sports betting

3.11. Financial pyramids and MLM companies

4. Prohibited Audience for Campaigns

It is forbidden to send emails to:

4.1. Recipients who did not confirm consent to receive emails from you

4.2. Addresses from purchased databases, public sources, or third parties

4.3. Customers not notified about future emails at the time of purchase

4.4. Subscribers who have not interacted with your emails for over 3 months or are receiving content unrelated to the original subscription topic

4.5. Subscribers who haven’t opened emails in the last 3 months

5. Required Elements in Emails

Every email sent via Estismail must include:

  • an active unsubscribe link;
  • an honest and relevant subject line;
  • correct sender contact information.

When a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link, their address is blocked in the system and cannot be contacted again. This process is automatic.

6. Moderation of Imported Lists

All subscriber groups uploaded to the service undergo manual moderation.

To speed up approval, we recommend providing:

  • subscriber names;
  • subscription date and IP address;
  • the website where the subscription occurred;
  • date of the last mailing (no later than 30 days ago).

Lists without confirmed data, high invalid address rates, or spam traces will be rejected. Rejected lists are marked as “Blocked by Administration.”

7. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended automatically or manually upon detection of violations.

Automatic blocking may occur if:

  • spam complaints exceed 1%;
  • invalid addresses exceed 3%;
  • more than 50% of emails are blocked by Mail.ru or Yandex;
  • unsubscribe rate exceeds 1%;
  • mailings are sent to inactive subscribers.

If blocked, users receive a notification via email and inside the Estismail interface.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Users who haven’t sent campaigns and haven’t violated the policy may request a refund.

8.2. No refunds are issued for users who have violated this policy.

8.3. In the case of severe violations, Estismail may permanently block the account without compensation.

9. Responsibility for Email Content

Estismail provides the technical means for creating and sending emails but does not control their content. Full responsibility for the content lies with the user.

Users must:

  • not use false or misleading information;
  • comply with laws and respect third-party rights;
  • send messages only to confirmed subscribers;
  • provide accurate sender information;
  • ensure full transparency in the offer, including price (if applicable).

Recipients have the right to unsubscribe at any time. The user must immediately remove such addresses from all mailing lists.
