General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the Estismail service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) regarding access to and use of the platform at https://estismail.com.

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.

User Obligations

4.1. The User agrees not to use the Service in violation of the law, not to send spam, and not to share account access with third parties.

4.2. The User must remove subscribers who have opted out and include a working unsubscribe link in their emails.

4.3. The User agrees not to use the Service to distribute illegal, offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Privacy

Limitation of Liability
